About Lane & Associates

Lane & Associates is a small, local office headed by David J. Lane. David has been providing residential appraisal services in the greater Fresno area since 2002. He started Lane & Associates in 2003 and has completed thousands of appraisals for local and national companies. David is a Certified and FHA approved appraiser.

David is a valley native, born and raised in Tulare. He attended California State University, Fresno where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While attending the Sid Craig School of Business, David focused his studies on real estate and the legal environment. After graduating, David pursued real estate by getting his real estate broker's license.
